Creative Knowledge Labs’ series of e-dictionaries, with serial numbers beginning with “PX”, are approved for use in Chinese Composition examinations.
Why is there no sound when I press the “发音” key?

As this is an examination model, please put on the earphones provided to listen to the vocalization.
Why is the touch screen not sensitive?

Our dictionary uses a pressure tip sensor to detect the input. A little pressure is required to allow more accurate detection.
How do I enlarge the character?

Model: PX2131, PX2181 & PX2281
Press the ‘right arrow key’ and the character will be highlighted. You will see a flashing “key” beside the screen in the explanation page and may press ‘*‘ to have the character enlarged.

Model: PX2201(5 inch), PX2221, PX2231 & PX2261
Press the magnifying glass icon to have the character enlarged.

How many mobile devices can I install Joyreader on?

You can install on as many mobile devices as you like. However, only one account can be logged in at once.
