Thank you for shopping with Creative Knowledge Labs Pte Ltd.

Unused Product, 7-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is unused and the following conditions are met:

• The product is unopened and unused.
• The original packaging is complete and in good condition.
• Valid proof of purchase is provided.
• Returns must be made in person at our office.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be complete and in good condition.

The refund amount will be the remaining balance after deducting any fees charged by third-party service providers.

Return shipping costs, if any, will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 to 14 working days using the original payment method.


Product Warranty Policy

All e-dictionaries come with a 1-year warranty.

Customers are required to register their product online to activate the warranty after purchase.

If you encounter any issues with the product, please provide the following information:

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Photos or videos showing the issue with the product

Our technical team will inspect the product and arrange for repair if necessary.

Physical Damage Not Covered by Warranty

• Screen cracks
• Water damage
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by misuse, improper charging, or unauthorised modifications

Repair services are still available for the above cases; however, repair charges will apply.


Software and Digital Products

Digital products, subscriptions, activation codes, and online learning services are non-refundable once activated or delivered.
